Highlight Video From CES 2025

Check out this fun video with original music to see what I saw at CES in Las Vegas January 2025

While checking out the Vegas Loop at the Las Vegas Convention Center was a highlight, there were so many OTHER things to see at CES. Dare I say, there were too many things to see. Some things I saw I had confused with things I thought I had already seen, especially in the foreign factory display sections of the show.

Some of the best non-transportation highlights for me were in the video game section, as there was lots of retro games and homages. I was also able to play a very cool Dungeons and Dragons pinball machine thanks to Stern Pinball. It also seemed like almost every product had (or will have ) an artificial intelligence component to it, though I am not quite sure what the ai component actually does (yet).

But my favorite displays/demos had mobility components. In particular, Suzuki Motor Corporation blew me away with its philosophy towards mobility: the impact of the small. I also saw autonomous vehicles galore, including farm equipment from John Deere. Xpeng Aeroht’s car/flying car combo, however, was the demo I will be talking about for years. Check out the video or the website I linked to for more and to see how its flying car fits perfectly into the transport car.

(Sidenote: the song that plays during the video is another one from one of my old punk bands, Left Out. The track is called “Untitled” as it was an instrumental riff that I had started one day in 1997 in our practice studio that we turned into a nearly three minute jam. I hope you like it).
